MT’s 3-blade composite propeller MTV-12-D/188-59 can now be installed on various type variants of Cessna’s FR / R 172 series.
MT-Propeller Vice President Martin Albrecht says, that the installation feature the following advantages:

- Bonded on stainless steel leading edge for best erosion protection of the blades
- Take-off distance slightly improved
- Up to 2 kg (5 lbs) less weight than the original propeller
