In January 2026, Florian Kohlmann was appointed to the Executive Board as Head of Aircraft Maintenance. In this role, he will be responsible for the strategic development as well as marketing and sales activities of the entire Atlas Group in this segment. At the same time, Mr. Kohlmann will remain Managing Director of Augsburg Air Service GmbH, ensuring close coordination between the locations in Bremen, Augsburg, and Altenrhein, Switzerland.

In addition, Dennis Klose will assume the position of Director of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) at the Bremen location. In this role, he will focus in particular on further developing operational processes and contributing to increased efficiency.

The goal of the expanded management structure is to optimize processes across all locations and consistently align them with customer needs. Through closer collaboration between the Bremen, Augsburg, and Altenrhein locations, synergies will be leveraged strategically to further enhance the performance of the entire group. Atlas Air Service AG is thus pursuing the clear goal of offering its customers an even more comprehensive and high-performance range of services from a single source and further strengthening its position as a reliable partner in the aviation industry.
