Both, commercial and private vendors of General Aviation aircraft can use our PLANE DEAL online market platform to

- Advertise as many aircraft as you like (one aircraft per ad)!
- Enter a comprehensive text description for each aircraft!
- Upload up to ten images per aircraft!
- Advertise each aircraft for as long as you wish!
- Access and update your online ads at any time with your own login and password!

Your aircraft either sells, or you will owe us NOTHING! Here's how it works:

1. Use our easy, menu driven form to submit your ad to our PLANE DEAL online aircraft market. There is no charge for entering your ad to PLANE DEAL at this stage.
2. Your PLANE DEAL online ad will run for as long as you wish.
3. When your aircraft sells, we will charge you a commission of 119.00 Euros incl. of 19% VAT. If you have no success, we won't charge you anything!
4. If you wish - and only then - we can also run a shorter version of your online ad in our printed AEROMARKT magazine including a quick link number for fast and easy access to the more comprehensive online version of your ad for a flat rate of 46.50 Euros incl. of 19% VAT. If necessary up to six months. All six ads for this one-time flat rate of 46.50 Euros. But please note: contrary to the online ad pricing policy, the 46.50 Euros flat rate for the print ad is non-refundable in any case.
   
   But even if you chose to decline our optional print offer, your online ad remains free of charge if you do not succeed in selling your aircraft within six months.

The following points are important and must be strictly adhered to!

Before entering your ad to our PLNAE DEAL platform, you must explicitly agree to our terms and conditions by ticking the respective box.

You thereby accept the legally binding condition that you will pay AEROMARKT Verlag GmbH the above mentioned sales commission of 119.00 Euros incl. 19% VAT if the aircraft that you advertise on PLANE DEAL sells. The commission becomes payable directly after the sale of the aircraft, and IMPORTANT! it becomes payable REGARDLESS of whether or not the aircraft was sold on PLANE DEAL or another sales contact. The commission also becomes payable REGARDLESS of whether or not you are the actual owner. If you advertise the aircraft on PLANE DEAL, and the aircraft sells, you pay the commission. You also agree to delete the sold aircraft from our online market. Following that, we will send you an invoice for the commission payment of 119.00 Euros incl. 19% VAT.

If the aircraft doesn't sell, we will not send you an invoice, and you will owe us nothing! But you will have to delete the aircraft from our PLANE DEAL aircraft market. When doing so you will confirm that the aircraft hasn't sold simply by ticking a box on a short and easy form and we're even.

Unpleasant, but IMPORTANT! : AEROMARKT Verlag GmbH reserves the right to verify advertisers' statements regarding the change of ownership of aircraft deleted from our PLANE DEAL market without notifying the advertiser. Intentionally false statements or omitted statements about the sale of an aircraft made with the intent of avoiding payment of the sales commission constitute a criminal offence under German and European law. AEROMARKT Verlag GmbH reserves the right to press criminal charges, and/or to exclude the advertiser from any future dealing on AEROMARKT or any of its affiliate print- or online markets. But luckily this doesn't affect our honest clients (and so far, we've had only this kind!).

Ads that do not advertise an aircraft, cannot be run on PLANE DEAL. For such ads, please refer to our well-known and popular PILOT MALL classified ad. (PILOT MALL classified ads are not free of charge if the advertised product or service doesn't sell ).
