The aircraft is based in EDMY and has only been flown by me, without any accidents, has always been stored in the hangar and has been professionally maintained by an aviation company. The engine was partially overhauled in April 2018 and July 2023. Since then I have flown about 53 hours. The propeller has a noise certificate.

I have the logbook and the complete L-file with all invoices.

The Stampe is original, flies perfectly and is ready to fly.

The reason I am selling it is that I now live in the USA.
