New requirement

Holders of FAA licenses will have to provide the FAA with a postal address inside the United States before July 7th, 2025.
No rights originating from these licenses may be exercised any longer after the respective deadline if this new requirement is not met by the holder. The new requirement is also in effect for licenses based on the validation of a foreign license, and furthermore for all other licenses issued by the FAA as, for example, licenses for mechanics.
A solution to this issue may be the assignment of a “US agent” who would forward mail sent by the FAA to the respective license holder. This could be any US citizen over 18 years of age, who would have to declare his willingness to act in this way. Or a service provider offering this service, such as [QualitAir|https://www.qualit-air.com/en-gb] for example.
